Strategic Planning

BRIDGE TO
GROWTH

Strategic Outreach & Integration Plan: National and international synchronization for the July 2026 Bridge to Growth program through multi-channel diplomatic, digital, and institutional engagement.

1. Diplomatic Integration: Embassies & Consulates

NCEI Lebanon will leverage the Lebanese diplomatic network to bridge the physical gap between the diaspora and the local ecosystem.

Diaspora Engagement Protocols

NCEI will provide Lebanese Embassies and Consulates with "Diplomatic Toolkits," containing digital brochures and registration portals to disseminate to local Lebanese Business Councils and diaspora chambers of commerce.

Virtual Roadshows

NCEI leadership will host specialized briefing sessions for Commercial Attachés in key hubs (e.g., UAE, Saudi Arabia, Europe, North America) to equip them with the data necessary to act as "Program Ambassadors."

Institutional Endorsement

We request that embassies issue formal calls for participation, legitimizing the program and encouraging diaspora leaders to join as active mentors or investors.

2. Public Sector & Governmental Synchronization

NCEI Lebanon will work closely with relevant government bodies to ensure the program operates within a supportive framework.

Regulatory Liaison

Regular briefings with Ministry of Economy and Trade and other relevant bodies to discuss the "Regulatory Sandbox" concept, aiming to lower administrative barriers for participants during the month of July.

Policy Advocacy

Using the "Bridge to Growth" platform as a pilot for demonstrating the efficiency of formalized, data-driven ecosystems, with the goal of institutionalizing these methods in post-program national policy.

Joint Communiqués

NCEI will facilitate joint statements between the Council and governmental stakeholders to signal state-level support for the modernization of the entrepreneurial sector.

3. Regional Ecosystem Partners

NCEI will engage regional and international organizations to expand the program's reach and impact across multiple constituencies.

International Development Organizations

Coordination with UNDP, ESCWA, World Bank, and regional development banks to position Bridge to Growth as a model for ecosystem development.

Academic & Research Institutions

Partnerships with regional universities and think tanks to conduct market analysis and provide research support for participating startups.

Incubator & Accelerator Networks

Alignment with regional startup ecosystems to cross-promote opportunities and facilitate startup-to-investor introductions.
